All steel building kits are custom manufactured and contain engineering/drawings created specifically to each individual order. As such, all sales are final and no refunds issued. Order cancellations are only accepted if an order is terminated within 2 business days from initial date of order. After this time there are no refunds as the order will have incurred handling, engineering, and/or drafting costs. Steel Factory Mfg reserves the right to charge a minimum 30% restocking fee on any stock material that has been palletized for shipment but not yet shipped. Returns are not accepted on any material that has been shipped or otherwise left the factory location. There are no cancellations or refunds on special stock or custom manufactured orders.

Steel Factory Mfg agrees to apply best efforts to meet or exceed agreed upon shipping and delivery terms upon receipt of proper payment of product(s). In the event that services are interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure or other, Steel Factory Mfg cannot be held liable for shipping and delivery timelines. Steel Factory Mfg will adhere to its shipping/delivery policy using best commercially reasonable efforts for the benefits of its customers.
